TERMS OF SERVICES
By commissioning me, you agreed to my terms and conditions
GENERAL
• I have the right to accept or decline your commission.
• My backgrounds are a mix of 3D and 2D. I use a combination of SketchUp + CSP + After Effects for BGs.
• I will not do any other style aside from my own art style shown.
• The estimated turnaround time for one background is 1-2 months from starting date depending on the complexity of the design.PAYMENT
• Payments will be in USD via Stripe or KoFi.
• Full payment will be issued after the first draft.
• Other details such as unique props and such will need to be discussed for pricing if needed/requested.
• Chargebacks will result in an instant blacklist and depending on the circumstances you will lose all rights to the final product.WORKFLOW
• Discussions + Price Quotation --> Full payment after I send first draft --> Working phase + revisions(MAX 3) --> Rendering/Animating & Post Production --> Received! (Png/Webm format in High quality 3840 X 2160px)
• For animated BG, only animation revisions after I start animating!*Over the revision limitations above, 10$ will be charged for every change or additional request.USE
• Commissions are for either personal use or commercial use (commercial use is allowed only for streaming websites (twitch, youtube, etc). Please credit me (d0y00nim for username or https://twitter.com/d0y00nim for linked tags) if you upload it online.
• You may use the background as SNS banner, schedule, BRB screen, art in a video or other non-streaming content.
• Do not claim my work as your own work, sell, edit the background or redistribute my work.
• Do not use my art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI, etc.
• I have the right to use the artwork for promotion purposes (commission samples) unless specified otherwise.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• No copyright is transferred; you are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use my work. You are not granted the right to resell or license the image to a third party unless purchased under "Commercial: Merchandise" option.REFUNDS
• Strictly no refunds once the commission is completed.
• No refunds unless I haven't started on the commission. Should refunds are ever needed during the commission phase, They will be based on the amount of work left.COMMUNICATION
• Communication will take place through either Twitter/Discord DMs or e-mail.
